Cancellation Policy

Rental Options Hourly Rental: Available in 1-hour increments. Daily Rental: Full-day bookings are available (8 hours maximum). Booking & Payment Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the rental before access is granted. Payments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (see Cancellation Policy). Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Access & Use Access to the facility begins at the scheduled rental time and must end promptly at the agreed time. Early entry or late departure will incur additional hourly charges. The rental includes access to: Conference room and seating Wi-Fi Whiteboard / projector wall Waiting area, snacks, and drinks (if applicable) Printer/scanner use (fair use basis) Conduct & Responsibility The renting party is responsible for all guests and must ensure respectful use of the space. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted. Any damages to the facility, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the renting party. Cleaning & Setup Room must be left in the same condition it was provided. Trash must be placed in designated bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left. Liability The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The renting party assumes all responsibility for their guests during the rental period.
